TRANSITION PROGRAM

For athletes looking to develop or improve mental skills prior to or during their first year in a collegiate program! Learn how to prepare for competition at the university level. Main areas of focus include performance profiling and goal-setting, dealing with adversity, attentional control, performance anxiety, developing routines, values exploration, and more.

For athletes transitioning out of competitive sport, whether they are currently navigating the process or have been away from competition for some time. Many athletes struggle to accept this change, which is what this program is made for! Main areas of focus include athletic identity, transferring skills, developing structure, finding outlets, and more.
